OVER 60’s ACTIVITY SCHEME

Regular physical activity has many benefits and our new classes are geared towards the over 60’s residents in our catchment area. Working with Active Cumbria, our aim is to keep people moving and to help them to maintain strength, balance, flexibility and ultimately boost their health and mobility.

Following on from the two trial sessions held in June, these sessions will now be run on a regular basis, however booking is still essential:

Bolton Low Houses - Monday’s 10.30-11.30am General fitness & Strength

Caldbeck Parish Hall - Tuesday’s 10.30-11.30am Beginners Pilates/Yoga
