Applicants must be 60 or over
Sessions are suitable for beginners and are geared towards improving general fitness.
Following on from the two taster sessions held in June we will be running these sessions as follows:
Bolton Low Houses Village Hall Monday’s 10.30-11.30am General fitness & Strength class
Caldbeck Parish Hall Tuesday’s 10.30-11.30am Beginners Pilates/Yoga class
PRE-BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL FOR ALL SESSIONS - New applicants MUST complete the questionnaire below and await contact from Sheila to confirm a place.
